Standard shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS ground and will generally arrive within 2-10 business days.

All work is priced with the Vermont 7% sales tax (state and local) included.

No refunds are provided.

If your purchase was received damaged, please take at least two photos from different angles and file a complaint with your local UPS office.

Because each item is one-of-a-kind, we cannot replace anything but we will exchange it at 15% off the original price with if you choose to select another similar item. 

The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
